Julien is an expert for venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and corporate law, related commercial law as well as for strategic business decisions and deal structuring. He also specializes in life sciences and litigation.

Prior to founding EVERYSIDE, Julien worked in these areas for several years at the international law firm Taylor Wessing and as a lawyer in his own firm, where he advised both national and international clients.

Julien is also a corporate legal counsel at Eppendorf Group, a leading global life sciences company, where he also advises on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law and venture capital.
